Using digital tools and platforms to design, manage and scale social innovation initiatives. The course supports educators, trainers and social sector professionals in leveraging technology to increase community impact, collaboration, visibility and sustainability.
Sending partners
Educational organisations involved in formal, non-formal and informal learning: adult education centres, VET providers, training organisations, NGOs, social enterprises, community organisations and other institutions active in the adult education and social innovation field, established in Erasmus+ programme countries.
Participants
20–25 adults involved in education, training, community work or social entrepreneurship.
Course fee
According to the Erasmus+ Programme Guide: 80 EUR per participant per training day, including course preparation, training delivery, training materials, organisational and administrative costs, and 24-hour emergency support during the mobility.
Trainers
A multinational team of trainers from Portugal, Romania, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Poland, experienced in Erasmus+ training and international cooperation, including collaboration with SALTO and training activities delivered in more than 15 European countries.
Languages used
Working language: English.
Training materials are provided in English. Upon request, support or materials may be available in Spanish or French, depending on the group composition.
Profile of the participants
The course is designed for adult educators, NGO staff, social entrepreneurs, trainers, project managers and organisational staff involved in community development or social innovation.
Participants:
- Work in education, social services, community development or social entrepreneurship
- May have basic or intermediate digital skills; no advanced technical expertise is required
- Are interested in increasing the visibility, efficiency and impact of social initiatives through digital tools
- Are willing to actively engage in hands-on practice, group work and project design
- Are open to intercultural learning and exchange of practices
- Are motivated to implement digital strategies and to engage in preparatory and follow-up activities
- Aim to strengthen the European dimension of their organisation through innovation and collaboration

- Explore digital tools that support social innovation, collaboration and community engagement
- Strengthen online communication, storytelling and digital visibility for social initiatives

Day 3 – Collaboration and project management tools
- Cloud platforms and collaborative workspaces
